Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Marketing Admin to join our team. You will gather and analyze information for the marketing department, identify improvement areas across channels, and help optimize campaigns.

This full-time, on-site role requires invoicing experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will support marketing reports, organize materials for each clinic, and assist with monthly accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Invoicing and supply order experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and quality improvement mindset.
• Typing speed of 50 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-level, administrative work, including frequent complex and confidential clerical work
• Participates in administrative functions such as marketing reports and physician lunches
• May provide administrative support for Marketing monthly accounting procedures
• Researches, prepares and edits reports and presentations
• Reads incoming mail and independently handles or attaches appropriate file/information
• Maintain Marketing materials are properly allocated to each clinic location monthly
• Other duties as assigned
