Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Marketing Account Executive to foster and maintain strong client relationships, develop partner sales and marketing strategies for pet insurance distribution, and work cross-functionally to drive growth and retention across partner channels.

Main Responsibilities

Relationship Management (50%)

• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Monitor client feedback to improve service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners.

Marketing (50%)

• Create and implement scalable marketing campaigns to boost sales and engagement.
• Design strategies to promote pet insurance and enhance brand awareness.
• Manage campaign setup, tracking, and compliance approvals.
• Coordinate marketing content for digital and print channels.
• Support client events, webinars, and seminars.
• Optimize digital campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years in account management, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B2C marketing, insurance distribution, or marketing agencies.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Digital marketing expertise.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Creative, curious, and innovative approach to business challenges.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
