Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Nashville seeks a dynamic Marketer/Hospital Liaison to develop referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers and community partners. You will drive admissions and strengthen our presence in the healthcare community.

Responsibilities include visiting referral sources daily, educating partners about our services, coordinating with admissions, and tracking marketing activities to support census goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development or hospital liaison services.
• Experience in SNF, long-term care, rehabilitation or hospital setting preferred.
• Established relationships within the local healthcare community a plus.
• Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet admissions and census goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

This key role is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to drive admissions and enhance our presence in the healthcare community.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Hospital setting strongly preferred.

• Established relationships within the local healthcare community are a plus.
