The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dynamic Marketer / Hospital Liaison to drive admissions growth through strategic partnerships with local hospitals, physician offices, and community organizations.

In this role you will promote services, coordinate admissions, report on marketing activities, and help ensure seamless transitions for new residents, while building lasting relationships and delivering measurable results for the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, or sales within a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Marketer / Hospital Liaison Position Overview:

As a Marketer / Hospital Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact between The Phoenix and local hospitals, physician offices, and community organizations. You will promote our services, coordinate admissions, and build lasting relationships to support the facility’s growth.

Marketer / Hospital Liaison Key Responsibilities:
