Employbridge is seeking a Market Vice President in Houston to lead operations, sales, and client delivery across an assigned market. You will drive profitability, develop talent, and ensure superior client satisfaction while modeling inclusive leadership across branches.

You will oversee recruiting, performance management, billing, and data-driven decision making to hit growth targets, optimize service delivery, and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive operations responsibility with multi-site oversight.
• Proven track record of driving performance and key field metrics.
• Experience building talent, leading teams, and managing change.
• Experience growing profitability through sales development and KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels and teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, financial performance, and strategic growth for an assigned market.
• Oversee recruitment, sales, and client delivery teams to drive profitability and satisfaction.
• Build and manage client relationships; conduct regular reviews and address challenges.
• Develop area operations plan; monitor metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
