EmployBridge is seeking a Market Vice President to lead operations, financial performance, and strategic growth across an assigned Inland Empire market. You will oversee recruitment, sales, and client delivery teams to drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth, while modeling inclusive leadership.

The role requires managing client relationships, optimizing service delivery, and developing talent to sustain top performance across branches.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive responsibility in operations with multi-site scope.
• Experience driving performance metrics and service levels.
• Ability to coach and develop teams to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship management at site and area levels with regular meetings.
• Lead day-to-day performance coaching and development of teams.
• Drive profitable sales growth through client acquisition and retention.
• Oversee recruiting, staffing, and KPI/ SLA adherence across branches.
• Review financials, budgets and data to drive decisions.
