EmployBridge, LLC seeks a Houston-based Market Vice President to lead operations, financial performance, and strategic growth across an assigned market. You will oversee recruitment, sales, and client delivery teams to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, and talent development.

The MVP will manage areas from client relationships to operations, ensuring staffing levels, service quality, and data-driven decisions align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in operations with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven record of driving strong performance and field metrics.
• Track record of building talent, leading teams, and coaching for change.
• Experience driving profitable growth through sales development and KPI/SLA management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels, in person or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Owns customer relationships at site and area levels with proactive governance.
• Coaches and develops teams to meet service levels and performance metrics.
• Demonstrates and upholds company core values in client delivery.
• Maintains client satisfaction through regular Quality Business Reviews.
• Drives profitable sales growth via client acquisition and penetration.
• Oversees order management, candidate funnel, payroll, and billing processes.
• Ensures recruitment strategies align with staffing needs and peak periods.
• Creates area operations plans and tracks progress toward goals and budgets.
• Reviews financials and data across platforms to drive data-driven decisions.
