Townsquare Interactive is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full-cycle recruitment for high-volume GTM roles, including sales, operations, and marketing, in our Uptown Charlotte office. You will collaborate with hiring managers and TA leadership to drive strategic hiring plans and deliver top talent.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume GTM roles (sales, operations, marketing).
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top candidates in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume GTM roles in sales, operations, and marketing.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership on needs and strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse).
• Drive daily recruiting activity to meet hiring goals.
• Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in ATS.
• Extend offers, negotiate, and support onboarding.
