Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a support or administrative role with a focus on Marketing.
• Ability to effectively communicate (read, write, and speak) English.

Responsibilities

• Supports the management of a quarterly marketing planning calendar.
• Monitors monthly marketing activity dashboard.
• Tracks vendor program performance.
• Documents processes and maintaining structured data sources.
• Executes monthly vendor performance reports.
• Update and assist in organizing information in Sharepoint platforms with Territory Sales Representative and customer facing data relative to consumable products.
• Assist as required on compiling SDM data and other metrics used for decision making relative to marketing activities.
• Enter requests for various marketing activities.
• Assist in coordinating new items and vendor creation.
• Record marketing plans in pub sheet.
• Represents team by attending meetings, shares ideas, and assists with cross training team members.
• Update SOP's.
• Monitor 'Ask a Question' channel in Teams to support department.
• Performs all duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company.
