Job summary

Apex Service Partners, LLC is seeking a General Manager to run upcoming acquisition locations, owning day-to-day operations and driving growth, performance, culture, and staff development to become a world-class operator. This role includes full P&L ownership and leading expansion initiatives.

This is a unique entrepreneurship path with potential involvement in organic growth, culture-building, and even additional M&A activity, leveraging a fast-paced environment and strong leadership to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• P&L experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with or respect for skilled trades.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and develop solutions.
• Leadership with the ability to inspire followership.

Job description

We are currently seeking the role of a General Manager to fill our upcoming acquisition locations. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of a location’s day-to-day operations; the individual will drive growth, performance metrics, create culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same. In addition to full P&L ownership, the General Manager is responsible for capturing a major MSA through organic growth and potentially leading additional M&A activity.

Candidate Requirements

· Bachelor’s or equivalent

· 3+ years Management/Supervisory required, P&L experience strongly preferred

· Experience with, or deep respect for the Skilled Trades and/or similar industries

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Ability to apply critical thinking, risk analysis and develop solutions

· A leader of character

· A leader who inspires “followership” amongst the men and women they serve (manage)
