You will supervise partners, plan scheduling, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company standards; you’ll train staff and promote customer service excellence. This role requires leadership and hands-on operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; 21+ to drive per policy.
• High school Diploma or GED required; Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications required.
• Two or more years of related experience; meatcutter/apprentice/manager trainee preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop team members; plan and direct work.
• Review sales data and manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Oversee department performance, food safety, and quality standards.
• Manage display, ordering, and labeling of market and seafood products.
• Provide customer service and resolve complaints.
