Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking an experienced candidate to lead the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in Alcoa, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (preferred) or a high school diploma, along with 3-5 years of customer relations or sales experience.

This role requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to maintain a valid driver’s license. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

• Establish store‑level growth plans aligned with zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, and build customer relationships that support store growth goals.
• Execute on all growth opportunities to increase market share of strategic brands via DSDE best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• At least 3‑5 years of experience in customer relations or sales.
• Minimum 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language as required by U.S. Department of Transportation regulations.
• Age 21 years or older.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
