Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• Must read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSDE best practices to achieve sales objectives and grow the market.
• Establish store-level growth plans aligned with Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization.
• Communicate plans and conduct quarterly reviews with business partners to identify opportunities and actions.
• Execute growth opportunities to increase market share for strategic brands and secure new space and displays.
• Collaborate with frontline salespeople and customers to drive brand growth.
