Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred – High School diploma required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by leading Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices in the market.
• Establish store-level growth plans aligned with zone revenue and growth goals.
• Build customer relationships and communicate plans with partners quarterly.
• Execute growth opportunities to increase market share for strategic brands.
• Use sales data tools to drive decisions with frontline salespeople and customers.
