Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a results-driven Sales/DSDE professional in Ohio to lead direct store delivery excellence and drive growth for key brands. You will establish store growth plans, foster customer relationships, and execute opportunities to increase market share.

Requirements include 3-5 years in sales or customer relations, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with data tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma required.
• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
• English language proficiency to interact with the public.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by leading Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) excellence.
• Establish store growth plans aligned with Zone objectives and review quarterly.
• Execute growth opportunities to expand market share for strategic brands.
• Use sales data tools to drive decisions with frontline staff and grow brand displays.
• Collaborate with the team and bring your authentic self to work every day.
