Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a results-driven professional to lead Direct Store Delivery efforts and grow market share across our brand portfolio in the Fort Worth area. You will build store-level growth plans, maintain customer relationships, and lead a team to execute DSDE best practices with a focus on revenue and freshness.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer relations or sales, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a High School diploma is also acceptable with relevant experience
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver's license and DOT Medical card are required
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Ability to read and communicate in English with the general public

Responsibilities

• Lead DSDE best practices to achieve sales objectives in the market
• Establish store growth plans aligned to Zone revenue and freshness goals
• Communicate plans and conduct quarterly reviews with business partners
• Execute on opportunities to grow market share for strategic brands
• Utilize sales data tools to guide frontline sales decisions and optimize displays
• Help acquire new shelf space and displays to drive growth
