Job summary

US Foods in Aurora, IL seeks a Replenishment professional to own operations for product orders, KPI tracking, and liaison with VP Sales and VP Operations. Onsite five days a week, you will oversee market replenishment, inventory, and costings while coordinating with Area Buyers and cross-functional partners to meet commitments.

This role requires 5+ years in purchasing, deep food-service and supply chain knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5 years of purchasing experience.
• Extensive food service knowledge and supply chain experience.
• Proficient with desktop software (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail and customer orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or supply chain, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily replenishment duties and KPI monitoring across the Market.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Support Area buying team with routine buying tasks and coverage as needed.
• Review reports and manage logistics and costing tasks for purchasing.
• Lead and coach Replenishment Assistants and drive continuous improvement.
