This role oversees moving merchandise from capstock and backroom to the sales floor, prioritizing departments based on demand and coordinating with store management.

You will train and supervise the replenishment team, plan daily tasks, ensure proper stocking and binning, process merchandise, and maintain an organized receiving area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail logistics or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to be forklift certified.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to direct and motivate a diverse team of full-time and part-time staff.
• Decisive, solution-oriented, multitasking and flexible in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the Replenishment Team.
• Plan and prioritize daily activities & assign daily tasks.
• Ensure down stocking based on sales priority.
• Ensure all extra product is properly located to a bin in capstock and backstock.
• Fulfill generated pick lists from merchandise scans.
• Ensure all merchandise is processed by end of shift.
• Return all warehouse carts and recover work areas to standards by end of shift.
• Notify Team Leads or Management regarding out-of-stock or fast selling merchandise.
• Collaborates with Logistics Manager to implement process improvements and evaluate team performance.
• Assist Logistics and Yard Team as needed based on business needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area.
