Job summary

US Foods is seeking a senior Replenishment leader to oversee large strategic buys, coach staff, and drive consistent processes. You will serve as a subject matter expert on replenishment across the assigned team, guiding markets and pricing strategy within a national framework.

This remote role supports national inventory positioning, margin optimization, and collaboration with sales, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of purchasing experience in proteins
• 5+ years managing Buyers
• Ability to lead, train others, and meet performance objectives

Responsibilities

• Own large strategic buys and commodity intel research
• Support sales as SME with select large accounts
• Collaborate with sales on inventory positions and margins
• Own national inventory positioning and obsolete inventory management
