Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe seeks a Market Personal Training Manager to lead PT teams, hire and coach managers, and drive member conversions through expert leadership. You will guide 1:1 reviews, monitor dotFIT usage, and ensure high‑quality client engagement across clubs.

You will report to the RVP of Personal Training and work in a fast-paced, high‑care culture with frequent travel to market locations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a personal training manager.
• Prior management experience leading 15+ employees.
• CPR/AED certification required and certifications in approved national programs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage PTM performance across the market.
• Coach club leaders on client engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Lead 1:1 reviews with Market Partners and PTMs to hit KPI targets.
• Oversee CrunchOne Kickoff and ensure smooth PT service administration.
