Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Market Personal Training Manager to lead PT teams, drive member engagement, and maximize revenue. You will hire, train, and coach PTMs, oversee 1:1 reviews, and ensure accurate program administration and certifications.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a personal training manager required.
• Experience leading 15+ employees preferred.
• Integrity, judgment, confidence, humility and kindness expected.
• Multi-unit management is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers.
• Understanding of labor control and staffing levels and controls over time.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certification in ACSM/ACE/NASM or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage PTM performance; coach club leaders on engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Conduct 1:1s with Market Partners, MPs, and PTMs to review performance and goals.
• Ensure accurate PT administration (dotFIT, goal tracking, audits) and maintain staffing/certifications.
• Respond to member inquiries within 24 hours; report KPIs and action plans to leadership.
• Drive weekly club visits, continuing education, resource alignment, and KPI-driven performance.
• Lead CrunchOne Kickoff processes to convert members to PT services through demos and prescriptions.
