Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of certified Personal Trainers and PT Sales Consultants, drive member engagement, and boost club performance.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff, and ensure accurate PT services and progress tracking, while maintaining high service standards and compliance across training activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience managing KPIs and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certification required in one or more approved nationally accredited certifications: ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute, IFPA, NASM, NESTA, NFPT, NSCA, ISSA with NCCA accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Administer and manage the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and guide client programming, supplements, and progress tracking.
