Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of certified trainers and sales consultants, delivering exceptional results for members and driving business performance in a fast-paced, no-judgments environment.

You will hire, train, and coach to meet club goals, oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff, ensure accurate administration of PT services, and collaborate with club leadership to provide outstanding customer service and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a personal trainer.
• Experience leading a team of 3-10 staff.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Certifications from ACSM/ACE/NASM/NSCA or similar.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Lead CrunchOne Kickoff experience and drive new client acquisition.
• Oversee client programming, supplements, progress tracking, and reporting.
