Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Edmond, OK seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance team of certified trainers and PT sales consultants. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive client acquisition and retention, and ensure accurate programming, supplement sales, and progress tracking.

The role partners with club leadership to deliver exceptional member service, maintain data-driven performance, and uphold compliance across all training activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer
• Experience leading a team of 3–10 employees preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days)

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants
• Oversee CrunchOne Kickoff and ensure accurate PT services administration
• Maintain performance data and collaborate with club leadership to meet goals
