Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance team of trainers and sales consultants. You’ll hire, develop, and coach staff to acquire and retain clients, while delivering compliant programs and accurate progress tracking.

You’ll oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff, coordinate client programming and supplements, and partner with club leadership to drive service quality and business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience leading a team of 3-10 employees.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days).
• Certifications from ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute, IFPA, NASM, NESTA, NFPT, NSCA, ISSA with NCCA accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Coach and guide direct reports on engaging, prescribing, acquiring, and retaining clients.
• Administer CrunchOne Kickoff experience and ensure PT services accuracy.
