Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years proven managerial experience preferred.
• Proven sales record.
• Previous experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment preferred.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel preferred.
• Knowledge of battery or automotive systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Detail oriented with attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Hold team accountable to goals that meet operational budgeted goals.
• Review and analyze weekly scorecards and monthly financials; implement action plans for variances.
• Active AR management to maintain acceptable levels; develop plans for accounts with AR issues.
• Manage inventory to align with selling activity and maximize route efficiency.
• Oversee Route Service Excellence program for maximum route efficiency.
• Grow gross profit through increased sales with existing and new dealers.
• Engage with sales team to acquire new business within the region.
