Interstate Batteries is seeking a operations-focused leader to help the distributorship meet financial goals and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and profitability. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure strong customer relationships across the regional dealer network.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, inventory management, and adherence to SOPs to maintain safety and performance standards. A proven track record in warehousing or distribution is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years managerial experience preferred.
• Proven sales track record.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to align with budget and financial goals.
• Review weekly scorecards and monthly financials to identify variances and act.
• Manage accounts receivable to maintain healthy working capital.
• Improve inventory, routing and dealer relationships to increase gross profit.
