Responsibilities

• Oversee P&L and budget performance for the operation.
• Review weekly scorecards and monthly financials, identify variances, and implement actions.
• Manage accounts receivable and inventory to align with sales activity.
• Develop and implement action plans for underperforming accounts.
• Lead Dealer Inventory Optimization for sales efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales to acquire new business within the region.
