Whipple Service Champions is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our growing operations from the St. George office. You will serve as a shared market resource across multiple locations, handling dispatch, scheduling, payroll administration, and customer relations.

The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication as you provide coverage and support across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical or home services experience preferred.
• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, payroll or office operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide dispatch and scheduling support across the market area.
• Assist with payroll preparation and administrative processes.
• Support customer relations and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with field leadership and technicians to resolve problems.
• Develop understanding of each location's needs to provide coverage.
