Job summary

Lori's Gifts, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to lead our multi-unit gift shops and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will manage store performance, build sales-driven teams, and report to the Market Director to align with regional goals.

The role requires 3+ years in retail with 2+ in a supervisory capacity, plus flexibility to travel 50% and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will recruit staff, oversee inventory, and ensure merchandising standards across home stores.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience including 2+ years in a store management or supervisor capacity.
• Experience evaluating and hiring store personnel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible to open and close store independently when needed.
• Multi-unit experience a plus.
• Area travel required 50%.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% of time per week to assigned stores and 50% of time in home store.
• Lead teams and set performance goals for the home store and area stores.
• Ensure onboarding and training of new team members on sales techniques and merchandising.
• Maintain inventory levels and market products per promotional plans.
• Oversee scheduling to ensure proper shift coverage and store open status.
