Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–8 years relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales calls with the Field Sales team to support selling efforts.
• Develop and manage sales forecasting and targets for the geography and field sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers within the geography and collaborate with Sales Representatives to address needs.
• Conduct market analysis to understand local trends, competition, and customer behavior, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Lead regular sales team meetings to review performance and communicate strategies.
• Serve as a point of contact for the Field Sales team to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure CRM usage to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
• Monitor selling techniques and provide feedback; manage expense reporting to adhere to budgets.
• Achieve revenue, budget, and other business objectives for the assigned market.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet corporate goals in the market.
• Analyze sales reports showing volumes, EVA, and margins using analytics tools.
