Corgi Cafe is seeking a Market Manager to oversee operations across multiple cafe locations in a fast‑paced urban environment. You will lead Store Managers and Shift Leads, ensure consistency in cleanliness, stock, scheduling, and accountability, and drive store-level profitability through hands-on leadership and data-driven actions.

You should thrive in a startup setting, be willing to work nights and weekends, and fix gaps in operations within 30/60/90 day plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit cafe, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or fast-casual operations experience.
• Experience managing Store Managers, Shift Leads, or multi-location teams.
• Strong understanding of labor, inventory, waste, scheduling, training, and store-level profitability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, equipment issues, cleaning, pest control, signage, trash, and supply issues.
• Escalate serious issues quickly and clearly; be willing to do hands-on work when needed.
• Keep cafes operational, safe, and presentable.
• Read numbers and turn them into action; manage labor, inventory, waste, and customer experience across markets.
