Job summary

Hush & Whisper Distilling is seeking a Market Manager to lead our Texas territory, headquartered in Fort Worth. You will drive sales planning, manage key accounts, and expand distribution while upholding brand standards.

This role requires 2+ years in beverage alcohol sales, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. You will conduct tastings, activations, and events, build partnerships, and ensure compliance with TABC guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of beverage alcohol products.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory-level sales planning and execution to achieve revenue goals and brand standards.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts as the primary contact within the assigned territory.
• Drive distribution, sales volume, and brand visibility by identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct daily customer visits and follow-up to ensure exceptional service, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
• Monitor and maintain product distribution, pricing, merchandising, and inventory levels across assigned territory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, distributor partners to achieve business objectives.
• Represent the company and its portfolio with professionalism, creating strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Execute in-market activations, tastings, sampling events, and promotional programs to increase consumer awareness and visibility.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support account needs, brand activations, tastings, and industry events.
