CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager for the Home Solutions Division. This role combines remote work with on-site responsibilities in Buffalo, NY, overseeing field operations and client relationships to ensure peak performance.

You will coordinate complex activities, lead service assignments, and collaborate with partners to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership and strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety,

• A logistics background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact in the defined region, handling escalations and requests.
• Be accountable for cost and quality performance within the geographic area.
• Lead in service company assignments and coordinate operational tasks.
• Maintain presence at dock load outs and store load outs when possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary/hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $66,300-$75,000 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

About the Role:

The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field. All while managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Primary contact for clients and customers within the defined geographic region, including escalations, installation questions, or emergency requests
• Primary contact in accountability to cost and quality performance within the geographic region
• Lead in service company assignments
• Regular presence at dock load outs, present for store load outs as available
• Perform other duties as assigned
