Job summary

SavATree is seeking a General Manager / Market Leader in Vineyard Haven, MA to drive market productivity and profitability while balancing Safety, Quality, and Growth. You will lead and coach the Sales and support teams to deliver sustainable results and superior client service.

You will manage operations, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure compliance across field activities. The role includes relocation assistance and a path to equity with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch based business.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, coaching, developing and retaining sales, office and hourly production team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and engage the Sales team and support staff to achieve profitable, sustainable growth.
• Oversee fleet and branch resources to perform services on time while meeting high standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop sales targets, monitor performance and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving budgets.
• Oversee administration of paperwork and data entry, implement guidelines, and drive process improvements.
