SavATree is seeking a General Manager / Market Leader in Norwalk, CT to oversee sales, operations, and administration across the market. This role leads a team to achieve profitability, safety, and growth while maintaining high standards of service quality.

You will drive sales targets, manage field operations, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Equity incentives accompany a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent.
• Successful track record selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch-based business.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, developing and retaining sales, office and hourly production team members.
• Previous P&L and operations management experience.
• High degree of proficiency analyzing data and drawing insights to inform business decisions.
• ISA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Management experience in the tree care industry preferred.
• Experience in General Tree Care, Plant Health Care or Lawn Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and engage the Sales team and support staff to achieve profitable growth.
• Develop sales targets, monitor performance, and drive programs to achieve customer satisfaction and budgets.
• Oversee operations for maximum productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage fleet and branch resources to deliver services on time and meet high standards.
• Administer paperwork and data entry; implement guidelines and process improvements.
