Job summary

SavATree seeks a General Manager / Market Leader to drive profitability and growth across the market, balancing safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch-based business.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, coaching, developing and retaining sales, office and hourly production team members.
• Previous P&L and operations management experience.
• High degree of proficiency analyzing data and drawing insights to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and engage the Sales team and support staff to achieve profitable, sustainable growth.
• Balance Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement and Market Growth to meet business goals.
• Develop sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving budgets.
