Job summary

SavATree Northbrook is seeking a General Manager / Market Leader to drive profitability and growth across the market. You will lead the sales team and support staff, balancing safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction while achieving budgets and expanding service lines.

You will develop targets, manage operations, and ensure compliance, with opportunities to mentor a diverse team and visit client properties to ensure exceptional landscape health.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch-based business.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and retention of sales, office, and hourly teams.
• Previous P&L and operations management experience.
• Strong data analytics skills to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting budgets.
• Oversee operations for maximum productivity and safety, including fleet and branch resources.
• Administer paperwork and data entry, implement guidelines, and drive process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and engage the sales and support staff to achieve sustainable growth.
