Job summary

Savatree is seeking a Market Leader in the United States to own a market’s performance and lead a diverse team of sales, operations, and administration professionals. You will drive client satisfaction, profitability, and growth while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will partner with district leadership and support teams to create a high-performing culture, recruit talent, and expand service lines across tree care and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading sales and operations teams with full P&L accountability.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall market performance including revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales, margin, EBITDA, and customer retention goals.
• Coach Residential and Commercial Sales Arborists to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Lead operations to ensure safety, scheduling, routing, and service delivery meet quality standards.
• Recruit, coach, and retain top talent; build a high-performing culture.
