Job summary

SavATree LLC in Vineyard Haven, MA seeks a General Manager / Market Leader to drive market productivity and profitability. You will balance safety, quality, productivity, and growth while leading sales teams and branch support staff to expand services and retain customers.

You’ll visit client properties and manage day-to-day operations, data-driven decisions, and a strong safety culture. Relocation and equity incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Successful track record selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch-based business.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, developing and retaining staff and building a strong site culture.
• Previous P&L and operations management experience.
• Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions.
• ISA Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in tree care or landscape industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and engage sales and support staff to achieve profitable growth.
• Develop sales targets, monitor performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee operations, fleet and resources to meet safety and regulatory standards.
