SavATree LLC is seeking a General Manager / Market Leader in Mequon, WI. You will lead sales, operations, and administration to drive profitability and growth, while ensuring safety and high service quality across the market.

You will mentor the Sales team and support staff, manage the fleet, branch resources, and client relationships, with opportunities for equity-based incentives and relocation assistance. This role emphasizes strong leadership and market development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record selling residential/commercial services through a branch-based business.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, development and retention of sales, office and hourly teams.
• Previous P&L and operations management experience.
• High proficiency in data analysis to inform decisions.
• ISA Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience preferred in tree care or landscape industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and engage the Sales team and support staff to drive profitable growth.
• Balance Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement and Market Growth to achieve goals.
• Oversee fleet and branch resources to deliver services on time and with high standards.
