SavATree seeks a General Manager/Market Leader to drive profitability and growth across the market. You will lead sales, operations, and admin while mentoring the team and ensuring safety and compliance. The role involves visiting properties and shaping service lines in a dynamic landscape.

You will manage performance against budgets, oversee fleet and resources, and champion process improvements while fostering a high-engagement culture and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling residential/commercial services through a branch-based business.
• Proven leadership of sales, office and hourly teams with strong engagement.
• Previous P&L and operations management experience.
• ISA Certification or willingness to obtain.
