SavATree is seeking a General Manager / Market Leader in Mequon, WI to drive market productivity and profitability across Sales, Operations and Administration. You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage the fleet and plant resources, monitor performance, and pursue growth with current and new customers. Relocation assistance is available; salary is $110,000–$130,000 with annual/quarterly bonuses and equity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture/Forestry/Environmental Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated track record of selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch-based business.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, coaching, developing and retaining sales, office and hourly production team members.
• Experience with P&L and operations management.
• Strong data analysis skills to inform business decisions.
