Job summary

SavATree is hiring a General Manager / Market Leader for Orient, OH to drive profitability and growth across Sales, Operations, and Administration. The role oversees the sales team, manages the fleet, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and focuses on delivering high customer satisfaction while achieving budgets.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in business or arboriculture, have P&L and operations experience, and lead a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch based business.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, coaching, developing and retaining sales, office and hourly production team members.
• Previous P&L and operations management experience.
• High proficiency in analyzing data and drawing insights to inform decisions.
• ISA Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, developing and engaging the sales team and support staff to achieve profitable growth.
• Balance Safety, Quality, Productivity, Employee Engagement and Market Growth to hit goals.
• Oversee fleet and branch resources to perform services on time while ensuring compliance.
• Administer paperwork and data entry, implement guidelines, and drive process improvements.
• Drive customer satisfaction and market growth by meeting budgets and targets.
