Job summary

SavATree seeks a General Manager / Market Leader in Norwalk, CT to drive sales, operations, and administration for the market. You will mentor the sales team and support staff to achieve profitable, sustainable growth, while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Benefits include annual/quarterly bonuses and equity, with a competitive salary and full benefits package. Travel to client sites and property visits are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record selling residential and/or commercial services through a branch-based business.
• Demonstrated leadership of sales, office and hourly production teams and building a strong site culture.
• P&L and operations management experience.
• ISA Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Tree care/landscape industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of General Tree Care, Plant Health Care or Lawn Care.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales targets, monitor performance, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting budgets.
• Oversee operations for maximum productivity and safety, including fleet/branch resource management.
• Ensure proper administration of paperwork and data entry; implement guidelines and process improvements.
