Job summary

Builtwell Bank is seeking a Market Leader for the Downtown Cleveland branch to lead staff, grow profitable customer relationships, and manage day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and conducting performance reviews, while driving growth through outside sales and a strong community presence.

The Market Leader will uphold bank policies, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service, balancing day-to-day management with long-term branch performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (critical thinking and listening)
• Demonstrated successful sales and sales management experience
• Ability to learn and follow financial center operation and security procedures

Responsibilities

• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity inside the branch and in the community, and ethically work within established policies and procedures while delivering world class customer service
• Maintain an operationally efficient and compliant branch while growing the customer base of the financial center
• Conduct outside sales efforts to generate new business clients, while retaining and deepening existing consumer and small business relationships
• Provide leadership and staff development by coaching and teaching Builtwell Bank’s retail sales process
• Develops and maintains a leadership role in the community through strategic community involvement to expand opportunities for business development
