Job summary

Wonderschool in San Francisco is seeking a Launcher / GM to lead end-to-end market launches and coach providers on business operations and growth.

You will travel to meet providers and partners, recruit childcare providers, build financial models, and partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to scale market efficiency. MBA is a plus; 3–5 years experience preferred. This on-site role is based in Rincon Hill, San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business management or operations with advisory experience.
• Strong financial modeling and unit economics skills.
• Experience working with small business owners or entrepreneurs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launches of new markets and contracts with travel to providers and partners.
• Recruit childcare providers and advise on financial models, operations and growth.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product and Operations to improve provider onboarding and market efficiency.
• Provide training on financial literacy, business planning and operational best practices.
• Develop strategies to optimize onboarding and scale provider growth.
• Support revenue forecasting, cost management and financial planning.
