Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive intelligence research to evaluate existing and emerging competitors, substitutes, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
• Develop comprehensive market analyses and written recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor market activity, track new entrants, and provide ongoing competitive landscape insights.
• Analyze local and regional economic indicators, including real estate trends, employment growth, unemployment rates, and broader market conditions.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
