Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking a Sales Analyst to transform complex data into actionable intelligence for our Home Health and Hospice platforms in the Dallas area. You will own month-end sales reporting for senior leadership, ensure consistency across regions, and deliver insights that drive growth and risk assessment.

The role emphasizes market share analytics, workforce reporting, data governance, and budgeting support. Strong Excel, Tableau, and BI skills with healthcare familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles
• Healthcare experience preferred (Home Health or Hospice a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
• Dashboard and visualization experience (Tableau preferred)
• Experience with Homecare Homebase and/or Trella strongly preferred
• Proven ability to support senior leadership with clear, concise insights
• High attention to detail with strong analytical judgment

Responsibilities

• Own month-end sales reporting for the VP of Sales and executive leadership
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across regions and service lines
• Deliver actionable insights, including CPA reporting and performance risk analysis
• Develop and maintain market share dashboards across Home Health and Hospice
• Analyze territory performance trends to inform growth strategy
• Integrate external data sources to strengthen competitive intelligence
• Analyze referral patterns and portal-based referral activity
• Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning insights
• Provide field-ready intelligence to drive targeted growth initiatives
• Track headcount, hiring trends, productivity, and turnover metrics
• Support capacity modeling aligned to sales demand and expansion plans
• Provide visibility into workforce risk areas and staffing implications
• Validate data sources and resolve reporting discrepancies
• Establish controls and documentation to improve data integrity
• Reduce manual adjustments and improve scalability of reporting processes
• Support quarterly and annual board reporting preparation
• Partner with Sales and Finance to align analytics with growth and budget assumptions

What You’ll Do

Own month-end sales reporting for the VP of Sales and executive leadership

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field

3–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles
