- Outstanding written and oral communication with executive presentation capabilities.
- Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Responsibilities
- Develop methodologies to assess market sizing and opportunity, grounded in data and input.
- Design qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer pain points and needs.
- Lead VoC programs including surveys and interviews with customers and experts.
- Identify industry verticals and segments with the highest potential and inform strategy.
